TJ Wright is the managing member of Offset Systems Group, LLC (OSG), a Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé Program Joint Venture (JV), and is also the Founder and President of Offset Strategic Services, LLC (OSS), a certified Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

TJ is a retired Special Forces Officer, having served in the 82d Airborne Division, 7th Special Forces Group (ABN), and various Acquisition Organizations supporting Army and Joint Special Operations with deployments worldwide.

He serves both the Huntsville and SOF communities through a non-profit as the President and Founder of the Huntsville SOF Network, an affiliation of more than 100 Academic, Military, Government, and non-profit members, all co-located within Huntsville. This extensive group of partners come together to inform, connect, and build partnership capacity with the Special Operations (SO) Enterprise.

TJ holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and a Master of Education (M. Ed) in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia, and is an award-winning author on the topics of Acquisition, Technology, Logistics and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) in the Defense Enterprise. Bryan Dyer, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the joint venture (JV) mentor company Yorktown Systems Group, Inc. (YSG), is the minority member of the Offset Systems Group (OSG) JV executive management team. Bryan founded YSG in 2008 as a professional services company providing customized solutions and management capabilities to help federal and civil organizations achieve their goals and objectives. YSG provides expertise in the areas of training and education, language and cultural training, operational and intelligence mission support, modeling and simulation, program management and administrative support, integrated logistics, systems engineering and management analysis, human capital, and information technology. Bryan has led the company to consistent growth while performing successfully in all projects. Since inception, the company has grown to over 750 employees.

Bryan has over 35 years of experience leading large organizations. He is a retired Army officer with a distinguished career as an infantryman and comptroller. His military assignments ranged from duty in Special Operations and Airborne units to commanding an infantry battalion. Bryan is a veteran of Operation Just Cause in the Republic of Panama, Operations Desert Shield/Storm in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, the Kosovo Campaign, and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University. His military awards include two Bronze Star Medals, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Army Expeditionary Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Kosovo Campaign Medal, the NATO Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, and the Combat Infantryman's Badge.
